The first issue in our Spanish Language Vocabulary Series focus on food and the kitchen. You get three pages of Spanish vocabulary in PDF format which you can save to your computer and/or print a copy and keep in your binder.
In addition to all of the common food items that you must know if you are travelling or studing Spanish find translations that can't be found in textbooks or dictionaries. What is the Spanish translation for blueberry, gooseberry, rhubarb, kale, dill, trout, cod or eel? We've got them here.

The ability to recognize and understand many of these expressions will separate you from the rest of the Spanish language students. When someone tells you that "Maria no tiene pelos en la lengua.", you'll know that they are NOT refering to her hairless tongue. What about when someone tells you that "Juan esta poniendo los cuernos a su esposa." You will know what Juan is up to.
