Mole Sauce

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped onions
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 chopped chile chipotle
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon anis grain
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup Nutella' (chocolate cream and nuts)
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup raisens

Mix onions and oil in a pan and cook for 7 minutes at medium heat until onions are cooked. Add the chile, persley, anis, cinnamon and the garlic, mixed for 5 minutes. Add the Nutella, the chicken broth, the tomato paste and the raisens. Boil the sauce at low heat, mixing ocasionally for 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove the sauce from heat, and place the sauce in a blender, until it becomes creamy. Serve hot.

Portion for 6.

Serving Ideas:

After blending the sauce, return the sauce to the pan and add pieces of chicken or pork meat. Cook for 5 minutes at low heat and serve over a tortilla with cheese.
